This role involves providing a wide range of office administration services to our Therapy Team.
* Providing welcoming and informative customer service to clients and staff.
* Scheduling and managing therapy appointments.
* General office duties.
* Collaborating with Team Leaders, Therapists and the Therapy Contracts Lead.
Prior administrative experience in the disability/medical sector is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills.
Confidence to work collaboratively and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Client-focused approach.
