About the Role
- Develop and document business requirements and designs based on business needs.
- Review, interpret and provide advice on business requirements into processes and/or solutions for operational and project requirements.
- Assist with project governance including weekly tracking and reporting of project progress across assigned software modules through proficiency in the management and use of contemporary project management tools.
- Provide thought leadership and business benefit vision in shaping the new Enterprise systems to the requirements of the City.
- Prepare project documentation and where appropriate recommendations to facilitate the decision‑making process of key stakeholders.
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in one of IT/IS, Business Analysis, Project Management (desirable)
- Demonstrated Experience with TechnologyOne CiAnywhere or similar software module roll out.
- Demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management including new systems implementation and training.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (waterfall and agile)
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and analysing business requirements for IT system changes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Experience working within Local Government parameters desirable
- Current C class driver’s licence National (or Federal) Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old)
