Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer
Description:
* We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing invoices, payments received, debt collection, and bank reconciliations.
* This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity that requires strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines with confidence.
* The ideal candidate will have knowledge of accounts receivable practices and principles, including debt collection, and be proficient in financial accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations is desirable, as is the ability to engage collaboratively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate 3 or above in accounting (preferred)
* Knowledge of accounts receivable practices and principles, including debt collection
* Ability to perform relevant accounting tasks, including accounts payable
* Proficiency in financial accounting systems and Microsoft Office
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (desirable)
