About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting chance to join the Community Services team as an Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:
- Provide skilled and confidential front desk and phone-based customer service.
- Record and manage sensitive client information, ensuring accurate appointment communication.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support including document preparation and database management.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office logistics.
- Assist with purchasing, invoice processing, and administrative HR tasks.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture focused on service, safety, and collaboration.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to relate to and assist with a wide range of clients who may be distressed at the time of contact.
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people on a range of sensitive issues.
- Experience in the provision of administrative support.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information and the provision of high quality customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise a variety of computer software applications including MS Office Suite.
