- Proven ability to provide effective resource management system customer support service, especially proven ability to convey information within a call centre within a large and decentralised organisation to maximise user support and increase user efficiency.
- Ability to develop, evaluate and deliver training plans and programs to meet the business needs of all users of a complex resource management system in a large, complex, and decentralised organisation.
- Demonstrated knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of decision support software, and the ability to impart this knowledge in a large, complex organisation improving user efficiencies.
