What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions
* Strong experience or developing expertise in instrument reprocessing and sterilisation
* Confidence working with indirect supervision while seeking guidance when needed
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, quality and accountability
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience mentoring others and/or additional study or training related to advanced nursing practice or sterilisation.
