The Position
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive individual that enjoys a variety of tasks and likes to keep busy. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Understand and be willing to carry out daily requirements as requested by the Operations Manager.
* Provide informative advice on service solutions to ensure customer requirements are met, specifically but not limited to bin placements, shapes and sizes, etc.
* Manual filing of tip dockets and runsheets.
* Archiving activities.
* Respond to customer queries directly.
* Take customer orders/bin bookings and enter into bookings system
* Using forms to take collect information from customers re: pricing and new accounts
* Liaising with schedulers when booking jobs in
* Provide ETA for clients
* Responding to client emails regarding enquires
* Undertake specific administrative tasks including maintenance of customer databases.
* Cross check the accuracy of disposal fees and where applicable add disposal fees into the data base.
* Comply with company and client specific policies and procedures.
Requirements for the Position
In order to be successful in this position, you will need to have the following competencies:
* High degree of computer literacy – proficient with Outlook, Word and especially Excel
* High level of verbal and written communication
* Highly motivated and ability to self-starter.
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
