Location - ACT Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 17 months The role closes on 18th February 2026 Responsibilities: Maintain or develop the assigned capability (or capabilities) and ensure a schedule of system management stakeholder engagement including weekly sustainment meetings. Develop or maintain effective lines of communication with the Capability Manager or their representative. Facilitating engineering and security certification and/or accreditation, engineering change proposals, statements of work, system change management, and other activities. Procurement, financial and contractual activities such as development, review, and management of change proposals and delivery, associated budgets, meetings, schedules, invoices and other enabling artefacts, and provide expertise to any approach to markets as necessary. Project manage system obsolescence upgrades and technological refreshes Experience/Skills Sought: A detailed understanding of modern IT networking, infrastructure and associated operating systems. Two or more years acquisition or project management experience in the ADF and/or CASG. Knowledge of and experience with information technology and ADF operations systems and applications. Knowledge and experience of the effective sustainment of ICT systems aligned to Defence frameworks (e.g., risk, change, security, safety) and agreed service levels. Effective communication and interpersonal skills ability to work in a team.
