Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Health Insurance Agent is based in Melbourne, VIC, allowing the flexibility to work both onsite and from home. The Health Insurance Agent will provide exceptional guidance to clients, assist with health insurance policy selection, and deliver tailored insurance solutions based on individual needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, explaining policies and benefits, and complying with all insurance regulations and company standards. The agent will also be responsible for educating clients on Medicare and its requirements, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Health Insurance and general Insurance services
* Experience in Insurance Brokerage and navigating policy options
* Knowledge of Medicare and related insurance solutions
* Strong Communication skills to clearly explain complex information to clients
* Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
* Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
* Familiarity with relevant tools and technology for sales and insurance management is a plus
* Prior experience in a similar role or a related field is an advantage
