What You'll Be Doing
* Leading teams across guest experience spaces
* Driving operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* Coaching, supporting, and collaborating with a tight crew
* Being the heartbeat of guest experience—from welcome to wow
* Keeping processes sharp, communication clear, and energy high
* Building memorable moments, not just managing them
* Supporting recruitment and talent development for future growth

* RSA + Approved Manager status required
* Clear & confident communication style
* Natural people‑person with a standout personality
* Passionate about hospitality that FEELS like hospitality
* Loves developing teams and guest experiences
* Ambitious, driven, and ready to grow in immersive entertainment
Roster Snapshot
* 38‑hr week | 5 days, rotating roster
* 2 out of 4 Sundays worked
* 1 weekend off per month
