Project Management Professional
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, closely collaborating with leadership and other functional areas to optimize project controls services across various projects, including construction and operations maintenance. This seasoned professional will provide guidance, oversight, and direction to the project team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate activities and deliverables assigned to the project team.
* Develop and update policies, procedures, and work instructions for project management in alignment with company guidelines.
* Establish clear expectations for accurate and timely deliverables, including regular performance reports and detailed schedules and cost estimates.
* Ensure consistency and quality in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
* Research and prepare proposals for process improvements, software solutions, industry best practices, and any ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality of project deliverables.
* Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including variance analysis and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
* Strong proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and financial tracking systems.
* Solid understanding of cost control principles, forecasting, and EAC methodologies.
* Undergraduate qualifications or equivalent work experience and training in Business, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
