Your opportunity at FIELD
We are about to roll-out our new finance and HR software with go-live scheduled for the start of December. Our administration team are busy, busy, busy and need an extra hand to help with general administration and project work. If you are keen for a vacation work opportunity with a difference this will suit you.
You'll be assisting our HR and Office Administrators with:
* travel and accommodation bookings
* arrangements for site induction and medicals
* training and induction record keeping
* general administration including reception and errands.
You'll also be helping with project work. Here's a taste of what you can expect:
* set-up and testing of our ELMO HR information system
* developing work instructions and training materials
* building courses and workflows in our learning management system
* reviewing policies and procedures
* assisting our quality team with process mapping for HR and administration.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you'll be:
* studying HR or business administration
* keen to get practical experience to support your studies
* up for a challenge and keen to try new things
* confident in your communications with our clients and engineering team
* be well organised and able to work autonomously
* have a current driver's licence.
