Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest standards of food quality by inspecting foodstuffs regularly.

* Add flavor to dishes during the cooking process using appropriate seasonings.
* Portion and plate meals professionally, adding garnishes and sauces as required.
* Store food in temperature-controlled facilities to prevent spoilage.
* Cater to special dietary requirements by preparing tailored meals.
* Contribute to menu planning and estimate food and ingredient needs accurately.
* Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff and apprentices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
