Program Officer Position

The Program Officer will coordinate scheduled tours and Civics and Education Endowment field trip grants.


Key Responsibilities:

* Promote the tour program and grant opportunities to enhance educational experiences.
* Process requests for funding, prioritize grant recipients, and prepare necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
* Enter, track, maintain, analyze, and report on program data to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Collaborate with teachers and school business offices to facilitate a smooth experience.
* Provide information on tour stops and lessons to support student learning.


Requirements and Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to promote programs and opportunities effectively.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting software.
