• undertake a range of analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of enterprise‐wide people and culture programs.
• be heavily focused on data, analytics, reporting and interpreting data to provide useful workforce insights.
• support the People & Culture Business Partnering Team in triaging people requests such as general policy/procedure enquiries.
• work in a hybrid model based in our Burwood office one day a fortnight (Tuesdays) and at our Engineering Maintenance centres as required.

• ambitious and proactive with a demonstrated background in People and Culture/Business Support/Administration and Stakeholder Management.
• comfortable working on analytics, reporting and organising packs with insight.
• self‐driven, resilient, a problem solver, with strong research and data analytical skills and the capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.
• have excellent time‐management skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel & PowerPoint).
