A 12-month fixed term contract is available for a Claims Governance Lead who can ensure claims handling processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with internal policies and external regulations.
Main Tasks:
* Ensure quality assurance and trend analysis from quality review output
* Support the development of new claims initiatives or system changes
* Reporting on trends, risks, and performance metrics
* Recommend improvements based on data analysis and assurance findings
* Maintain the Claims intranet page and implement regulatory change into claims practices
* Provide claims support during internal and external assurance reviews
Requirements:
* Claims handling experience
* Governance or compliance exposure in an insurance company
* Familiarity with regulatory obligations, including GICOP and CPS 230
* Data and reporting tools, including Power BI, and Microsoft suite
* Attention to detail
* Relevant certifications in business administration, insurance, risk management, or a related field
