Responsibilities
- As a Fitness Consultant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service to all members using your solid work ethic, solid organisational skills and friendly personality.
- Conduct fitness assessments, write programs and lead group fitness training sessions.
- Create specialised exercise programs and perform detailed health assessments.
- Maintain client files with strong administration skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a group fitness instructor.
- Availability across the week including weekends.
- A Certificate III & IV in Fitness, current Level 2 First Aid & CPR and lifeguard qualified is highly desirable.
- Passion for the health and fitness industry and a strong desire to exceed member expectations.
- Up-to-date Working with Children check.
- Understanding of group fitness training techniques and the ability to interact with and safely monitor groups of up to 20 people.
- Strong motivational skills with the drive to help guests achieve their goals and a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
