Drive Growth and Innovation Across ANZ Region
* Achieve business objectives and sales targets across Australia and New Zealand.
* Develop account plans targeting the academic and research community, promoting innovative solutions in bioprocessing workflows.
* Partner with customers to support their therapeutic pipelines from discovery to scale-up and manufacturing.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and applications specialists to deliver customer success.
* Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events across ANZ.
* Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, or related field (higher qualification advantageous).
* 3+ years of experience in field sales within the life sciences, ideally with exposure to laboratory or process-based environments.
* Strong understanding of bioprocessing, fermenters, bioreactors, cell culture media, and advanced therapeutics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
* Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.
