TLH Recruitment is proudly representing one of Australia's largest Automotive Distributors based in Tullamarine, seeking experienced and enthusiastic Supply Planners to join their team. The role's primary purpose is to monitor stock levels, place purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels across our customer's warehouses. The role offers a salary of $85k - $113k plus super (depending on skill level). Key Responsibilities: Creating purchase orders based on replenishment needs, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet business units and customer demand. Track and manage purchase orders and their due dates to ensure on-time delivery. Liaise with key internal & external stakeholders regarding any issues relating to orders such as delivery schedules, product receivals, inventory accuracy, invoicing discrepancies, and general queries. Ensuring the safety of all team members by complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions. The Ideal Candidate Warehousing experience - Working with a large multi-site, national company. You're a quick learner, have high attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You communicate effectively and work well with others. Collaboration is one of your strengths. Ideally, you have experience in MoPro and/or purchase order management.
