We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our administration team. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have a great eye for detail.



Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files and databases
* Assist with daily operations, including banking and reconciliations
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails



Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
