The role:
CCSG operates across Insurance, Asset Finance and Banking and Finance sectors. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for managing credit accounts for our clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team. As the Accounts Assistant, you will ensure that CCSG operates in an efficient and systematic basis, together with providing exceptional customer service and compliance both internally and externally.
We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home).

Responsibilities
Here's an example of your day to day:
* Daily trust allocations and client remittances;
* Trust account compliance and legal trust accounting;
* System data integration and reconciliations;
* Bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations;
* Accounts receivable and payable support;
* Query resolution and shared inbox management;
* Team support and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements

* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Flexible, organised, and able to manage priorities;
* Knowledge of accounting standards and month-end processes;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (e.g. Xero);
* Experience in an Accounts Officer or similar role;
* Relevant finance qualification (Cert IV or equivalent)
