YOUR ROLE In this PIVOTAL highly autonomous role being mentored by an outstanding Senior Personal Injury Lawyer with a flourishing busy DIVERSE personal injury practice, you will relish the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive impact+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their workers compensation/work injury damages, CTP and public liability claims.
You will be at the 'front line' managing your own files and liaising directly with clients/doctors/insurers/solicitors.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are admitted as a solicitor in NSW+ have MINIMUM 2-10 years personal injury law experience (including plaintiff experience-essential); have had experience in workers compensation (essential) PLUS preferably any 1 or MORE of: CTP, work injury damages and public liability ; have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own personal injury law files (including workers compensation files) from start to finish; have a strong technical legal knowledge of relevant legislation+ research/drafting+ advocacy skills; are extremely astute + client/results-driven+ proactive and have proven your ability to take FULL-OWNERSHIP of your role; thrive in a busy vibrant dead-line driven environment; are hungry to further advance your career long-term with a 1st-Class plaintiff firm that invests in its staff LONG-TERM.
