Responsibilities
- Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.

- Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.

About Goodstart Tumbi Umbi
Goodstart Early Learning Tumbi Umbi is an exceeding 120-place centre dedicated to high-quality early education and care. Our centre is known for its nurturing environment, expansive outdoor spaces, and engaging educational programs, fostering curiosity, confidence, and imagination in every child.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to early childhood education and a desire to positively impact children’s lives.
- Full time position, but we’re open to welcoming a part-time role (3 days a week) if preferred.
- Primarily working in our vibrant 3-4 year olds’ room, alongside up to 4 educators and a teacher.
- Set shifts providing a consistent schedule for planning.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
