Job Description
* Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional support via chat, phone, and email
* Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and understanding the firm's platform and operational processes
* Collaborate with brokers, associates, and internal teams to execute transactions
* Monitor and facilitate client transactions to ensure a seamless experience
* Resolve complex client cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Document and track customer interactions using tools such as Zoom Phone, Intercom, Slack, Asana, and Salesforce
* Triage internal support tickets and assist in debugging product-related issues
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of client support processes
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and satisfaction
Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset
* Familiarity with tools like Zoom Phone, Intercom, Slack, Asana, and Salesforce is preferred (training provided)
* A modest understanding of financial markets and infrastructure is preferred but not essential
