$131,911 - $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $ 125,157) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level executive and business support, enabling the Office of the Chief Learning and Teaching Officer to operate efficiently and deliver key priorities. It does this by coordinating projects, workflows and documentation, and managing information and stakeholder inputs across teams.
In this role, you will provide coordination and administrative support to the Office to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, to quality standards and within agreed scope. You will also prepare and maintain key project documentation and high-level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, submissions, issue and risk registers and project reports to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:-
* Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
* Demonstrated experience providing coordinating operational, administrative or project activities in a professional environment.
