We're looking for a capable and motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator with property industry experience to support delivery of our sales, marketing and brand strategy with energy, structure and attention to detail.
This role will suit someone who enjoys:
• Supporting marketing delivery across campaigns, content, EDMs and listings
• Coordinating property sales administration and transaction support
• Maintaining accurate, timely CRM data, pipeline tracking and reporting
• Working in a fast-paced environment where organisation and follow-through matter
You'll bring:
• A degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a property agency, development company, building group or similar environment
• Experience supporting property sales or marketing campaigns
• Strong organisational capability and high attention to detail
What we offer:
• Toowong office location, walking distance to Toowong train station
• Full-time contract (38 hours/wk) | 70-90k plus super dependent on qualifications and experience
• Flexible working conditions including 'Flexi Friday' where the team WFH and we close the office at midday
• A high-performing, supportive team with real exposure to project sales, large scale project marketing campaigns and experience within the full property development lifecycle
