We offer
* $80,029.83 per annum based on skills/experience + superannuation.

We're on the lookout for an Administration Coordinator to join our team based in Vasse. This is a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy and dynamic organisation — especially our Heritage team.

About us
The Karri Karrak Aboriginal Corporation is the regional corporation for the South West Boojarah region. This region refers to the Wardandi and Bibbulmun/PiblemenNoongar language or dialectical groups. It encompasses towns including Busselton, Capel, Margaret River, Witchcliffe, Augusta, Windy Harbour, Northcliffe, Pemberton, Manjimup, Bridgetown and Nannup. The approximate size of the South West Boojarah region is 10,085 sq kms.
There are a number of significant sites in the South West Boojarah region. These include caves, some of which are the homes of mythological beings, ceremonial sites, rock art, paintings and artefacts. Cultural sites of significance also include the Nannup Caves, Jewel Cave, Devil's Lair and a Birthing Lake.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Schedule casual staff for heritage surveys and site work
2. Organise logistics including accommodation, travel allowances, and vehicle bookings
3. Maintain clear and timely communication with team members, Elders, and stakeholders
4. Support general office admin and coordination tasks
5. Occasionally assist on-country, which may include 4WD driving
6. Other duties as directed.

* Culturally competent and comfortable working with Noongar Elders and communities
* Calm, patient and able to manage multiple moving parts without fuss
* Proficient in office systems and basic finance/admin processes
