The company has continued to grow due to their solid market share & a loyal, stable and growing client base and are looking to secure a Customer Service Officer. A permanent Full-Time role joining the highly successful team based in their Western Sydney based head office, with onsite parking and various perks.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader your role will be fast paced and customer centric, responsibilities will include:
- Handle all customer phone enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Action invoicing, orders, stock enquiries, follow up calls to notify customers on back orders and maintain reports and database
- Handle customer and sales phone enquiries - prepare quotes
- Prepare and action credits and stock returns
- Assist in stock takes
- Complete any other assignments and tasks as requested
**Preferred Experience**
- 2 - 3 years' experience in similar role ideally in a customer centric environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment, energy, drive, initiative and passion with a pleasant and willing to help attitude
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and meet set deadlines
- Developed computer system and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a friendly team environment
