Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Client Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales through the delivery of exceptional customer service and engagement to each client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong sales turnover in accordance with store strategy
* Meet turnover targets set by Boutique Manager
* Achieve key performance indicators defined by Boutique Manager
Client Management:
Satisfying customers is a top priority in this role. You will welcome and handle clients in accordance with our standards, ensuring that each client receives a personalized experience.

* Advise and convince clients to make informed purchasing decisions
Building Long-Term Relationships:
Building lasting relationships with clients is crucial to success in this role. You will ensure the prospection and follow-up of new clients, enriching the client database and developing client actions.

Customer Service SAV:
You will take care of each case according to our standards, following up on each issue and communicating with the Boutique Manager as needed.

Product/Merchandise/Inventory Management:
As a Client Advisor, you will participate in the good management of stock, receiving and transferring products, taking part in inventory management, and checking that all products are correctly handled and priced.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2-3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant disposition, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
