About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Brisbane-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to grow with a company that makes a real difference in communities. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to closing. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our products and services
* Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and presentations
* Attend client meetings (with support, as needed) and assist with site visits
* Maintain and update CRM records accurately
* Help manage long-term projects (some spanning up to 2 years)
What We're Looking For
* A genuine interest in sales and business development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in speaking with new people and building relationships
* Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
* Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks
* Basic computer skills (CRM, email, Excel, etc.)
Preferred (but not required)
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a sales support role
* Interest in outdoor play, design, or community development
* Bachelor degree in business or commerce
