About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
* Customer Service: Provide warm and professional front-desk service to clients and visitors, delivering exceptional service in how you respond to incoming calls and enquiries, and schedule appointments.
* Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive support to the clinical team, including processing payments, managing billing enquiries, handling Medicare/NDIS/Private Health transactions, and maintaining a clean and organised reception and waiting area.
* General Office Administration: Assist with tasks such as emails, data entry, filing, and stock management.
* Service Culture: Uphold confidentiality and support a person-centred service culture.
Requirements: Previous experience in reception, customer service, or an administrative role, combined with a commitment to providing outstanding service. You should be friendly, energetic, compassionate, resilient, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
