HSEQ Management System Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced HSEQ Management System Administrator to support the team in maintaining ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Support business units with Quality Management Plans for projects and tenders.
\
2. Prepare monthly reports on Health, Safety, and Environment performance.
\
3. Maintain compliance with industry best practices and internal policies.
\
4. Assist with external audits and implement corrective actions.
\
5. Manage the Business Management System and document control processes.
\
6. Develop strategic targets and promote continuous improvement.
\
7. Coordinate and conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
\
8. Perform regular inspections and audits to verify policy adherence.
\
9. Qualify candidates with relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or engineering sectors.
\
10. Highly regarded Work Health and Safety qualification.
\
11. Ability to maintain ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 accreditations.
\
12. Lead Auditor training required.
\
13. Quality Management or Assurance qualification desirable.
\
