Change Lead – Data Transformation Program - Fixed term contract - 12 months
A leading organisation is undertaking a major data and digital transformation and is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive adoption, alignment, and successful delivery across multiple program streams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the change management strategy for a large-scale data transformation.
* Oversee change governance, readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation.
* Build and manage integrated change plans with program and stream leads.
* Engage senior stakeholders, secure sponsorship, and communicate the change vision.
* Provide reporting, insights, and dashboards on progress, risks, and adoption.
About You
* Extensive experience leading change across complex transformation programs.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Excellent written communication and documentation capabilities.
* Experience in financial services or insurance (highly desirable).
* Prosci or similar change management certification preferred.
* Collaborative, resilient, and able to operate at both strategic and delivery levels.
