We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to support our growing Commercial Property Management department.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with owners/tenants, handle enquiries and manage compliance and maintenance requestsAdmin and accounts support provided for portfolio managementAssistance with outgoing budgets, operating costs & EOFY reconciliationsConduct lease renewals, option renewals, assignments & rent reviewsSchedule & conduct property inspectionsEffective management of rental & outgoings arrearsUndertake ingoing and outgoing inspections and meet contractors on site to provide access where requiredQualificationsExperience managing commercial propertiesKnowledge of commercial leasesExperience with outgoing budgets & EOFY reconciliationsAgents representative certificateFamiliarity with Cirrus8 software is advantageous but not mandatoryAbility to work independently or as part of a teamSolution-oriented approachFriendly and approachable demeanorThe ability to complete and prioritize daily tasksApplication and requirementsIf you have these qualities and a positive/can-do-anything attitude, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.This is an important and exciting role where you will be a representative of the entire NAI Harcourts Pinnacle team.
