Part Time Administrator! Flexible working hours. The Role Our Client is looking for a Part time Administrator/Compliance Coordinator to work in their Hazelmere based office/depot for 20 hours per week with flexibility. Please note, there is opportunity for this role and hours to expand, as the client is wanting the flexibility to use the successful candidate in other operational areas in the warehouse, based on the business needs. Previous administration experience essential, as well as previous warehousing experience desired. Please note, the successful candidate MUST have experience with processing payroll. This role provides you with the flexibility to choose what days and hours you would like to work so would suit busy parents. Key Responsibilities Weekly payroll processing Invoicing (processing and coding) Data entry Providing customer service support Undertaking core operational administrative tasks and provide administration support to the team Ordering of stationery and cleaning supplies Providing support to the warehousing team and completing tasks in operational areas of the warehouse which may include picking and packing of orders, RF scanning, freight processing. Skills & Experience Previous administration experience including payroll processing and invoicing Accurate and efficient data entry skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks Excellent written and verbal communication Previous experience in a warehousing role desirable Computer proficiency Exceptional customer service Experience within the transport or logistics space is highly advantageous!
