Due to rapid growth and internal promotions, The Greenbank Services Club is on the hunt for a Dynamic, Hands-On Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team! What We're Looking For:

* Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced Steak and seafood kitchen, ideally in a sous chef or senior role
* Passion & Vision: A hands‐on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and always strives to deliver a better customer experience through food and service
* Commitment to Quality: A strong focus on using local and Australian produce to keep up with food trends while maintaining attention to detail
* Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and challenge your team to be their best every day
* Calm & collected: Ability to handle pressure at any time, be calm and communicate well with everyone in the team, as well as our customers
* Flexibility: Available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
* Around the world: Knowledge and experience in different types of Cuisine will be an advantage but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and presentation
* Manage, train, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environmentManage stock, keep with in budgets
* Support menu planning, ensuring it aligns with current trends and customer preferences
* Keep up with food trends and continually innovate to enhance the customer dining experience
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
