The role will be to manage a residential and commercial portfolio of properties, predominantly located in the Western suburbs.

Key Requirements
Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate
Ideally have a minimum of 1 year experience in Property Management
Have a 'can do' attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile for customers
Have a high level of organisational skills with an attention to detail
Enjoy working within a fast-paced team environment
Be prepared to work in a culture that values trust, industry knowledge, reliability & pro-activity
Have current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable car
Have experience in Administration role
Ability to prepare comprehensive reports
Technical Skills
Preparing and executing listing presentations to clients
Maintaining and updating database of prospective clients
List properties and prepare marketing campaigns
Conducting open for inspections
Routine inspections
Entry and Exit Reports
Arrears management
Repairs & maintenance management
MS Office products
Prospect to seek new rental management listings
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
