What You’ll Do
Be the welcoming face at reception, guiding patients with care and professionalism.
Manage bookings, billing, quoting, and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate across our Specialists, nurses, laboratory staff, counsellors, and hospitals to keep the patient journey running smoothly.
Support patients through sensitive and important conversations with empathy.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in medical administration/medical secretarial work (specialist or fertility highly regarded).
Confidence with bookings, billing, quoting, and patient data systems.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
A warm, empathetic approach to patient support.
