About Pearla & Co Anchored in Leighton Beach, North Fremantle Pearla & Co is a modern seafood restaurant & Bar celebrating Western Australia's seafood, produce and dining. Guided by owner and Executive Chef Scott Bridger, with over three decades of experience, the venue blends relaxed coastal charm with approachable, refined dining. After months of hard work and an incredible amount of anticipation, we're close to opening our doors and sharing with Perth our amazing space and concept. Whole tuna and fish from the South West will hang in our dedicated dry-aging fridges. Seasonal vegetables will play a big part in our offering, with everything prepared onsite with modern plated dishes to our oyster and raw bar. Our offering will be unique and original to the Perth dining scene. We are looking for a sous chef with experience in modern-style restaurants, a chef with a collaborative approach, who enjoys sharing ideas and gets excited about produce. Working with a senior team of experienced chefs, and with a relaxed yet professional approach, we are a team whose core values are great produce, a positive working culture, and genuine passion.
