 
        
        Recreation Facilities Coordinator
This role involves coordinating enquiries and bookings for recreation facilities across Deakin University campuses.
 * Coordinating enquiries and bookings for recreation facilities across all campuses, servicing both internal and external customers.
 * Overseeing fitness centre membership services across all campuses, including communication with fitness centre members.
 * Supporting the Recreation Facilities team in planning and delivering marketing and communications initiatives, including content development and implementation across key channels.
 * Managing software programs and systems that underpin the operations of Recreation Facilities, including the fitness centre function.
 * Collecting, analysing, and reporting on data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
 * Engaging with stakeholders to support university-wide programs, student services, and community engagement initiatives.
 * Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
 * Completion of an associate diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
 * Completion of a post-trades certificate or advanced certificate and extensive relevant experience as a technician; or
 * An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
 * Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
 * Experience operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face-to-face, phone, and written issues.
 * Experience providing services and support in a large organisation.
