At Synergy Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced Talent Recruitment Consultant to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, delivering recruitment outcomes, and supporting leaders with practical, people‐focused advice.
This is a hands‐on role ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment but also values broader HR exposure, stakeholder partnership and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
* Partnering with leaders to plan and deliver recruitment aligned to business needs, providing advice on recruitment pathways and workforce trends
* Owning end‐to‐end recruitment, including active sourcing and candidate engagement
* Reimagining and reshaping the recruitment model for Synergy Group to support scale and efficiency
* As a member of the People & Culture team, support onboarding, remuneration processes and broader employment lifecycle HR operations
* Delivering insightful people reporting and improving systems and processes
* Contributing to strategic People & Culture projects
What we're looking for:
* 3-5 years' experience across recruitment and HR generalist activities
* Strong sourcing capability and confidence when advising hiring managers on recruitment pathways and processes
* Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation
* Experience with HR systems, reporting and operational processes
* A collaborative, practical approach with high professional standards
* Experience working within or with the Consultancy/Professional Services industry is highly regarded
