As a Volunteer Activities Assistant, you will work alongside our Activities Team to design and run engaging programs for our residents. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help create memorable moments, foster social connection, and promote physical and mental well-being.
Responsibilities:
Activity Planning: Brainstorm and plan exciting activities such as arts and crafts, music sessions, games, gardening and outings.
Assistance: Support residents during activities, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment.
Social Interaction: Engage in friendly conversations, listen to their stories, and build meaningful relationships.
Documentation: Help record activity participation and resident feedback.

Requirements
National Police Certificate
A national police check is required to volunteer in aged care. RFBI will arrange for the check and pay the cost of this check for you.
