Concierge Role
We are seeking a passionate and friendly part-time concierge to provide exceptional service to residents in a brand new luxury apartment block.
The objective of the Concierge service is to deliver a high-end hotel experience, exceeding resident expectations through impeccable customer care, efficient operations, and attentive personal services.
The Concierge will be responsible for managing building operations, coordinating amenities, ensuring wayfinding, and providing personalized services to all residents, guests, and visitors.
To achieve this, the Concierge must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and present professionally at all times when interacting with stakeholders.
* Provide top-tier customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
* Assist with inquiries, booking amenities and services efficiently.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of building operations, amenities, wayfinding, and local services.
* Present a professional image and demonstrate a genuine interest in customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Available to work part-time hours.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concierge (preferably).
* Australia Work Authorisation is mandatory.
