As an IT Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for service desk support, managing Level 1 and some Level 2 incidents across a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving, triaging, and resolving Level 1 and 2 incidents
* Supporting Windows/web applications, networking, business systems, and end-user devices
* Provisioning new equipment and managing staff systems administration requests
* Imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting desktops/laptops/mobile devices/peripherals
