OverviewSouth West Personnel currently have an immediate start for an experienced Payroll/Accounts Officer based in Central Bunbury.ResponsibilitiesProcessing weekly payroll in MYOB for up to 70 employees (understanding of FIFO rosters / awards would be well regarded).
Execute other associated payrolling tasks such as PAYG, Superannuation and Reconciliations.Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; process payments/receipts and reconcile accounts.Purchase Order processing in relation to the financing service function.Other ad hoc duties to assist the team as time allows, generally unrelated to finance but of a basic administrative nature.Naturally you will have a high skill level of data entry with attention to detail and accuracy to meet payroll deadlines.Experience with intermediate Excel and proficient with the use of other Microsoft Office applications.
