Situated on Beaufort Street in the heart of Mount Lawley, our century old office with it's polished floor boards and high ceilings feels more like a home than an office. The perfect space to foster your creativity.

THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for an energetic and hard working individual to get involved in all aspects of the real estate sales process. Expect to spend as much time out of the office meeting with buyers, sellers and suppliers as you will at your desk. Learn from and support an experienced Sales Agent without the pressure of having to 'make the sale'.
Your duties will include but are not limited to;
* Maintaining the agents' diary and appointments
* Liaising with sellers and buyers
* Creating weekly reports for sellers
* Attending some home opens & private buyer viewings with your Agent
* Database management
* Manage social media
* Booking and attending photo and video shoots
* Booking and attending valuations and building inspections
* Organising and managing agent's cloud drive
* Creating and implementing promotional marketing campaigns
* General and Contract Administration for your Agent
YOU
* Previous real estate (sales or admin)
* A current sales or property management registration would be preferred
* Professional presentation
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Efficient time management
* Strong attention to detail
* Do not have a '9 to 5' mentality
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
ADDITIONAL
* Paperless office. All systems and data is cloud based
* Weekend or after hours work may be required
* Ongoing training & mentoring
* A driver's license and reliable vehicle will be required
* Base Salary and regular bonuses on offer
* The role may suit a current agent, sales administrator or personal assistant
