Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – KC-30A/C-27J (DASR 145)
As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you'll perform a wide range of maintenance activities on Australia's KC-30A and C-27J fleets.
Working under DASR 145 regulations, you'll support the crew team leader to ensure all maintenance tasks meet safety, compliance, and airworthiness standards.
You'll also contribute to developing future base maintenance capability through collaboration and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on KC-30A or C-27J aircraft.
Diagnose, repair, and inspect systems and components within your trade area.
Rotate through sections of the aircraft to gain experience across multiple systems.
Support modification, upgrade, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all maintenance documentation and regulatory requirements.

Senior AME: $*****/hour (for those with 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience)
AME: $*****/hour

About You
You're a qualified tradesperson with a passion for aviation maintenance and a commitment to precision and safety.
Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Structures, Mechanical, or Avionics) or equivalent qualification.
Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
