Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital

In this role you will coordinate the provision of high level administrative services to the Engineering Department.

The Position- Provide administrative support to the Department.- Establish and manage effective office management systems.- Maintains confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times.- Ensure adequate supply of educational material/manuals available.- Produces accurate well-presented documents, including typing and compilation of reports, presentations, letters, memos and minutes.- Draft Purchase Orders, including variations to contract values.- Complete accurate and timely coding of invoices.- Raise Work Orders in Oracle Fusion and allocate jobs.- Decommission Assets in Oracle.- Complete the on-boarding of Contractors and Suppliers.- Manage Electronic Document Storage.- Issue keys to authorised Contractor personnel for access to work areas.- Issue notices for out-of-hours work to hospital stakeholders.- Order uniforms, stationery and supplies.- Coordinate meetings for department caregivers as required.- Provide secretarial support and ensure typing and distribution of minutes, correspondence and memos is completed in an accurate and timely manner.- Respond in a timely and appropriate manner to all customer enquiries.

To succeed you will demonstrate the ability to communicate with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public and other external stakeholders with a high level of customer services skills including flexibility, tact and diplomacy.

We can offer you- Salary: $69,665 to $72,824 plus 11.5% superannuation- Permanent full time position working 76 hours per fortnight- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
