The Company National, market leading services business based in West Gosford is looking to bring on a analytical, data focused candidate who can also work on customer resolution, for an initially 6 month period, likely to extend or become permanent. The company has grown rapidly due to expanded service offering and are looking for an additional headcount to support the team. Parking on site & this role can offer hybrid working arrangements. The role You will become part of a busy, high performing team, responsible for investigating invoices and coming to a resolution. The role will include but not be limited to: Duties Ensure accuracy of invoices/identifying invoice errors Managing and follow up of internal/external cases Resolving queries over the phone Working within spreadsheets and doing calculations Making outbound calls to customers to clarify information and investigating internally Detailed data analysis Other ad hoc duties as required by the manager Skills & experience Ability to work autonomously Experience with Salesforce and/or Google sheets is desirable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in a high-volume environment Team player Investigative and logical mindset How to Apply Please apply through the link below.
