Project Engineer Role
A professional with a focus on OT and SCADA systems is required to lead the technical execution of utility-scale renewable energy assets. The role involves system design, performance monitoring, data quality assurance, cybersecurity, and maintaining technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert technical support and engineering insight to brownfield and greenfield projects.
* Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and analyze root causes to ensure optimal system operation.
* Analyze SCADA data, market information, and contract details to evaluate operational and commercial performance.
* Manage updates to the OT/IT environment by overseeing SCADA interfaces, coordinating firmware upgrades, and addressing automation needs.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical / Communication / Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent with hands-on experience).
* 1-3 years of experience in roles such as owner-side project engineer with exposure to SCADA and/or automation from utility solar or wind, or industrial controls/PLC support.
* Basic familiarity with RTU automation, SCADA environments, SQL, and Python programming languages.
